“The world is my parish.” Today, I was reminded of what that truly means. I met Bro. Bernie, who had recently suffered a stroke. Our conversation was brief, but meaningful. In those few moments, I had the opportunity to share the Gospel with him, simple, sincere, and full of hope. Before we parted ways, he made a beautiful decision when he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. It wasn’t a long sermon. It wasn’t a grand event. Just one person, one moment, one message. And that’s enough. May this be an encouragement to all of us that wherever we are, we are sent. Even a short conversation can carry eternal impact. At least one person heard the Gospel today from a Methodist. To God be the glory.
