I want to ask you something a little personal. What are you hungering for? Not in a “what’s-for-dinner” kind of way—but in your soul. We live in a time when it’s easy to mistake activity for depth, or information for transformation. I’ve done it. You probably have too. But Jesus said, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.” And I’ve found that when that hunger for more of God is alive in us, everything else—our disciplines, our friendships, even our mission—starts to carry real spiritual power. Discipleship isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about having a deep, holy desire for more of God. That’s what this week’s article is all about. Brian Yeich shares some stories from the field, lessons from the Inspire Movement, and even reflects on John Wesley’s Aldersgate experience—when his heart was “strangely warmed.” I hope it encourages you to lean into the hunger. Because when we do, we find a God who satisfies.
