I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on what disciple-making really means. For many of us, it can feel like a simple process—teach, guide, disciple. But when we dive deeper, we realize that true disciple-making isn’t just about imparting knowledge. It’s about relationships. Relationships that are rooted in both Vivência (our personal experiences with God) and Convivência (the shared experiences we have in community). I want to invite you to read an article I’ve written that explores how experience—personal and shared—is a true foundation of disciple-making. I believe this shift in perspective could transform the way we approach spiritual growth, both for ourselves and for those we are discipling. I hope it sparks new insights into how we can grow together in our faith, not just in knowledge but in experience—living it out with others.
