In keeping with the theme of assurance and salvation from Maxie Dunnam's last three articles, today we're looking into the Methodist understanding of eternal security. - Is it possible to return to sin to the extent that we forfeit our salvation? - How do vigilance and responding to God's grace play a role in our spiritual journey? - What is the true nature of sin, and how does it affect our relationship with God? By examining these aspects, we hope to shed light on the importance of maintaining an active and responsive faith. Our belief is that while God is always able to keep us from falling, it is up to us to stay attuned to His guidance and avoid letting sin take root in our lives.
